1. COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The ASSOCIATION OF MERCHANTS CC NERVIÓN PLAZA (CENTRO COMERCIAL NERVIÓN PLAZA hereinafter Nervión Plaza), with CIF G-41.903.667 and registered office at c/ Luis de Morales, 3 – 41005 SEVILLA is organizing for promotional purposes the draw for 2 double tickets (4 in total) of national scope, to be developed through a Facebook post, exclusively for users of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation.
Participation in this action will take place on the Nervión Plaza Instagram account.
Participation in this promotion is free, and it is not necessary to purchase products, or pay a fee or any other amount for any reason.
2. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will start on Monday, October 28th, and will end on Wednesday, October 30th at 10:00 p.m.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
It is important to emphasize that participation in the draw implies unconditional acceptance and compliance with the provisions of these Legal Bases.
Anyone of legal age who has participated through the Nervión Plaza Instagram account by correctly answering the question asked in the raffle post may participate and enter the raffle for tickets. In addition, they must carry out the following interactions according to the social network:

Employees of the Nervión Plaza Shopping Center or the company organizing the action Singular One SL may not participate
The Nervión Plaza Shopping Center reserves the right to disqualify participants who may cheat, or in our opinion resort to maneuvers of dubious validity. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of all of these bases.
4. PARTICIPATION DYNAMICS
Those interested must answer the question posed in the Facebook post correctly. Participants who answer the question correctly will be entered into the draw for tickets to the Sevilla FC match against Real Sociedad on Sunday 3 November.
5. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
The 2 winners will be chosen on Thursday, October 31st, and the last moment to participate in the draw is Wednesday, October 30th at 10:00 p.m.
The winners will receive a double ticket for the Sevilla FC match against Real Sociedad on Sunday 3 November at 6:30pm. The winners of the draw will be announced in the same publication of this draw.
The winner may contact the Company until Thursday, October 31 at 5:00 p.m.
Tickets can be collected at the Customer Service Point on Saturday 2nd November from 11am to 4pm and from 5pm to 9pm.
The holding of the draw, as well as the granting of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.
6. LIMITATIONS
If it is found that any of the participants do not meet the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the draw, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this draw.

The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and may not be exchanged for any other product or for money.
Nervión Plaza reserves the right, if there is just cause and prior notification in legal form, to make any changes, suspend or extend this draw.
Any fiscal or tax burden that acceptance of the prize may entail will be borne by the winner, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion that is not expressly assumed by Nervión Plaza in these Legal Bases.
A period of 5 and a half hours from the date of the award of the prize is established for making any justified claim. Nervión Plaza reserves, in case of necessity, the right to replace the prize with another of similar characteristics.
7. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions that are considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be permitted. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image will not be permitted either. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by comments made by participants in the draw, which at any time could hurt the sensibilities of other participants. Any attempt to hinder the proper development of the Contest, whether by human intervention or by an automaton, will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and their candidacy will be cancelled.
8. DISCLAIMER
By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this draw, nor are we responsible for the use that the participant makes of the prize obtained from this draw, and we do not assume any responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that the Participants, winner or third parties may suffer.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of Nervión Plaza and that affects the normal development of the draw, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, and Participants release Instagram from any liability for any damages arising from the promotion.

Therefore, your personal information is kept securely and treated with the utmost care.
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on data protection, and specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, each Participant, by accepting these Legal Terms and Conditions, consents to the personal data provided for participation in this competition being incorporated into a file owned by Nervión Plaza to process participation in the competition and to notify you of the prize if you are the winner.

The Supervisory Authority to which the complaint has been submitted will inform the complainant about the course and outcome of the complaint.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
