1. COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The CC NERVIÓN PLAZA MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION (NERVIÓN PLAZA SHOPPING CENTRE, hereinafter Nervión Plaza), with CIF G-41.903.667 and address at c/ Luis de Morales, 3 – 41005 SEVILLE, organizes for promotional purposes the raffle of products of the Puerto de Indias brand within the framework of the event Watch it Face to Face 2026.
2. DATE OF THE ACTION
The action will unfold from April 7-10, 2026, during the hours of 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Each day, a separate draw will be held among the participants registered on that day.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in this draw implies acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions.
To participate, you will need to:
- Be over 18 years old

- Scan the QR code enabled on the event posters
- Have downloaded the Nervión Plaza app and be registered in it
Participation will be considered valid at the time of scanning the QR code, provided the user meets the above requirements.
Conditions:
- Each user will be able to participate once a day

- Entries will only be valid for the draw on the day they are made.

4. DRAW MECHANICS AND PRIZES
During the event, prizes will be raffled off. products of the Puerto de Indias brand, whose specific content may vary depending on the day.
The following will be selected:
- 1 daily winner among the participants of each day
The selection of winners will be made randomly from the 9:00 PM daily.
The winners will be contacted using the information provided in the app.
5. LIMITATIONS
If it is found that any participant does not meet the required qualifications or the data provided is invalid, their participation will be considered null.
The prize:
- It is not transferable
- It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product
Nervión Plaza reserves the right to modify, suspend or extend the promotion for justified reasons.
Any tax burden arising from the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
6. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
Nervión Plaza is not responsible for any technical failures, errors in the app or connection problems that may affect participation.
It is also not responsible for the use that the winner makes of the prize.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
- Manage participation in the draw
- Verify compliance with requirements
- Contact the winners
- Comply with legal obligations

8. CHANGES
Nervión Plaza reserves the right to modify these legal terms and conditions provided that it does not harm the participants.
9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These rules are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the Courts of the participant's domicile.
