LOOK HER FACE TO FACE 2026
1. COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The CC NERVIÓN PLAZA MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION (NERVIÓN PLAZA SHOPPING CENTRE, hereinafter Nervión Plaza), with CIF G-41.903.667 and address at c/ Luis de Morales, 3 – 41005 SEVILLA, organizes for promotional purposes the raffle of flamenco fashion packs within the framework of the event Watch it Face to Face 2026.
2. DATE OF THE ACTION
The action will unfold from April 7-10, 2026, during the hours of 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Each day a separate draw will be held with the participants registered during that day.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in this draw implies acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions.
To participate, you will need to:
- Attend the event in person Look her in the face in Nervión Plaza
- Scan the QR code enabled on the event posters
- Have downloaded the Nervión Plaza app and be registered in it
Participation will be considered valid at the time of scanning the QR code, provided the user is registered in the app.
Conditions:
- Each user will be able to participate once a day
- It will be essential physical presence at the event
- Entries are valid only for the draw on the day they are made.
Employees of Nervión Plaza and the organizing company will not be allowed to participate. Singular One SL.
Nervión Plaza reserves the right to exclude fraudulent entries.
4. DRAW MECHANICS AND PRIZES
During the event, prizes will be raffled off. flamenco fashion packs, composed of products from the participating brands in Watch it Face to Face 2026.
The following will be selected:
- 1 daily winner among the participants each day
- Exception: the day April 10 will be selected 2 winners
The selection of winners will be made randomly from the 9:00 PM of each day.
The winners will be contacted using the information provided in the app.
5. LIMITATIONS
If it is found that any participant does not meet the required qualifications or the data provided is invalid, their participation will be considered null.
The prize:
- It is not transferable
- It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product
Nervión Plaza reserves the right to modify, suspend or extend the promotion for justified reasons.
Any tax burden arising from the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
6. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
Nervión Plaza is not responsible for any technical failures, errors in the app or connection problems that may affect participation.
It is also not responsible for the use that the winner makes of the prize.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The company responsible for data processing is the CC NERVIÓN PLAZA MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION, with CIF G-41.903.667 and address at c/ Luis de Morales, 3 – 41005 SEVILLA.
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
- Manage participation in the draw
- Verify compliance with requirements
- Contact the winners
- Comply with legal obligations

8. CHANGES
Nervión Plaza reserves the right to modify these legal terms and conditions provided that it does not harm the participants.
9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These rules are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the Courts of the participant's domicile.
