1. COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The Nervión Plaza Shopping Centre Merchants Association (hereinafter Nervión Plaza Shopping Centre), with Tax Identification Number G-41.903.667 and registered office at c/ Luis de Morales, 3 – 41005 SEVILLE, is organizing a promotional giveaway with prizes on February 13 and 14, 2026. Participation in this giveaway will take place at the Nervión Plaza Shopping Centre and each prize will be indicated on the card of the flower given to the participant.
2. DATE OF THE ACTION
- The event will begin on February 13th at 4:00 PM and end at 9:00 PM, and on February 14th from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- If all the prizes have been distributed before those dates and times, the promotion will be considered finished.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in this action implies unconditional acceptance and compliance with the provisions of these Legal Bases. Anyone wishing to participate must go to the Nervión Plaza shopping center, ring the bell for the action (next to "La Casa de las Carcasas") and receive the flower that is given to them. All participants may take part in the Draw. The participation requirements will be as follows:
- Each user will be able to participate in the action only once.
- Accept the privacy policy.
Employees of the Nervión Plaza Shopping Center or the company organizing the action Singular One SL may not participate The Nervión Plaza Shopping Center reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in cheating or, in our judgment, resort to dubious maneuvers. Participation in the contest implies acceptance of all these rules.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND PRIZE
The winners are chosen completely at random. If a participant wins a prize (on the card where they will receive a flower) and has any questions, they can ask the hostesses present. The prizes equivalent to a meal at the Muerte La Pasta restaurant in Nervión Plaza, will be valid until March 31, 2026.
5.LIMITATIONS
If it is found that any of the participants do not meet the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Raffle, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Raffle. Employees of the Nervión Plaza Shopping Center or the company organizing the action, Singular One SL, are not eligible to participate. The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations, or compensation at the request of the Participants, and may not be exchanged for any other product or cash. Nervión Plaza reserves the right, if there is just cause and after prior legal notification, to make any changes, suspend, or extend this raffle. Any fiscal or tax burden that acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expenses derived from the promotion that are not expressly assumed by Nervión Plaza in these Legal Rules, will be borne by the winner.
6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limited to, Nervión Plaza is not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Draw, nor are we responsible for the use that the participant makes of the prize obtained from this draw, and does not assume any responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that the Participants, winner or third parties may suffer.
Nervión Plaza assumes no responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the Raffle from taking place or the prize from being fully or partially awarded. Should this Raffle not be held, whether due to fraud detected during the Raffle, technical errors, or any other reason beyond Nervión Plaza's control that affects the normal operation of the Raffle, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Raffle, including the participation website.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The company responsible for processing your data is ASOCIACIÓN DE COMERCIANTES CC NERVIÓN PLAZA (CENTRO COMERCIAL NERVIÓN PLAZA hereinafter Nervión Plaza), with CIF G-41.903.667 and registered office at c/ Luis de Morales, 3 – 41005 SEVILLA, which takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is kept securely and treated with the utmost care.
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on data protection, and specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, each Participant, by accepting these Legal Terms and Conditions, consents to the personal data provided for participation in this Raffle being incorporated into a file owned by Nervión Plaza to process participation in the Raffle and to notify you of the prize if you are the Winner.
We inform you that your personal contact information will be used for the following purposes:
- Manage participation in the draw, validating the data and compliance with the requirements.
- Contact the winner for prize delivery.
- Comply with legal or tax obligations.
- Commercial or promotional purposes, if participants give their express consent to receive future promotions or commercial communications.
Participants guarantee that the personal data provided is true and are responsible for notifying Nervión Plaza of any changes to it. Nervión Plaza reserves the right to exclude from this promotion any Participant who has provided false data. It is recommended that the utmost diligence be taken in terms of Data Protection by using security tools, and Nervión Plaza cannot be held responsible for any illegal theft, modification or loss of data.
Participants have the right to (i) access their personal data, as well as (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion, (iii) request the limitation of the processing of their data, (iv) oppose the processing of their data and (v) request its portability. Participants may exercise all these rights at the following email address info@nervionplaza.com indicating the reason for their request. Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he or she has his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in the event that he or she is not satisfied with the exercise of his or her rights. The Supervisory Authority to which the complaint has been submitted will inform the complainant about the course and outcome of the complaint.
8. CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional rules, provided that this does not harm or undermine the rights of the participants in the draw.
9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of the Participant will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
